1. About the Works
All artworks offered on this Website are original works by the artist and/or limited-edition fine art prints. Editions are produced in small quantities and may be numbered and signed as described on the product page.
Images shown online are for reference only. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to printing processes, hand enhancements, lighting conditions, or screen calibration. These variations are a natural part of fine art production and do not constitute defects.
2. Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the checkout page. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country of residence.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
3. Availability & Inventory
Artworks are offered subject to availability.
Some works may be limited to one available piece. If an artwork becomes unavailable after purchase due to an inventory error, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
4. Shipping
Shipping origin, method, and estimated delivery time are described on the relevant product or checkout page.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed to the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
International buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any associated fees.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of limited-edition and original artworks, all sales are final, unless the artwork arrives damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging. Approved damage claims may result in a replacement (if available) or a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including images, text, and artworks, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without prior written permission.
